Information for Consumers in Distance Selling Contracts and Customer Information for Contracts in Electronic Commerce

§ 1 Scope

For business relationships between us and the customer, the following General Terms and Conditions apply in their current version at the time of the order, when orders are placed via the online shop.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of our products on our website merely constitutes an invitation to the customer to submit a contract offer.

By placing an order, the customer makes an offer in accordance with § 145 BGB (German Civil Code). The customer will receive confirmation of the receipt of the order via email. The contract with us is concluded when we accept the customer's offer in writing or in text form within 2 working days after the order has been submitted. The decisive factor is the time at which the declaration of acceptance is received by the customer. A working day is any calendar day that is not Sunday or a nationally recognized public holiday.

§ 3 Delivery, Shipping Costs, Transfer of Risk

Delivery is made at the shipping costs specified in each individual case. If the customer is a consumer, we bear the shipping risk regardless of the shipping method. If the customer is a business entity, all risks and hazards of shipping pass to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over by us to the designated logistics partner.

§ 4 Reservation of Ownership

The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been fully paid.

§ 5 Payments

Only the payment methods displayed to the customer during the order process will be accepted.

§ 6 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 7 Information for Consumers in Distance Selling Contracts and Customer Information for Contracts in Electronic Commerce

a) We are not subject to any specific codes of conduct that are not mentioned above.

b) Any input errors made when placing your order can be recognized and corrected using the delete and edit functions before submitting your contract declaration.

c) Please refer to the individual product descriptions on our website for the essential characteristics of the goods we offer as well as the duration of any limited-time offers.

d) The language available for concluding the contract is German.

e) Complaints and warranty claims can be submitted to the address provided in the provider's identification.

f) We do not store the contract text, and therefore, it will not be accessible to you as a customer after the contract has been concluded.

g) Please refer to the offer for information regarding payment, delivery, or fulfillment.

§ 8 Information on Dispute Resolution Procedure before a Consumer Arbitration Board

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 9 Miscellaneous

The contractual relationship between us and the customer, as well as the respective terms and conditions, are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If the customer is a consumer, the legal provisions and rights of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence for the protection of the consumer, which cannot be deviated from by agreement, remain unaffected by this agreement. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
